Our lists are fast and accurate
HOMEOWNER INFORMATION:
Date escrow closed and recorded on the Deed, Asterisk
signifies Townhouse or Condominium purchased. Loan Type, Amount of loan,
and Purchase price. Lender Names and Phones where available at an additional
cost.
LENDER INFORMATION:
80% availability.
PHONE NUMBERS:
20 TO 40% availability, obtained through directory
assistance, in most states. In many areas, this list is available eleven days later than basic name
and address list.
Weekly service is based on a one year subscription. Custom zip code orders
available.
Additional copies: half price of original list.
We also provide this information on
diskette. We offer only ASCII Comma Delimited or Fixed
Field format for IBM or Compatible PCs or Macintosh
computers. All major word processing programs (e.g. Word
Perfect, Microsoft Word, or their Windows versions),
spreadsheet programs (e.g. Lotus, Quattro Pro, Excel),
database programs (e.g. Dbase, Clipper, Alpha 4, Paradox,
Fox Pro), and contact management software (e.g. Gold Mine,
Sales Ally, Telemagic), can import ASCII Comma Delimited
files. Documentation for doing this is provided in the
manufacturer's software manuals. The software
manufacturers for each software also offer Technical and
Customer support for Licensed/Registered Users. Homeowners
Marketing Services, Inc. will assist you in any way we can
in the use of data diskettes, but we are unable to offer
detailed assistance with the use of your software.
All orders go into our computer system
each day. The basic list mails every Saturday. The list
with phone numbers mails every Wednesday.
